These terms are provided for clarity about how our services work and aren't a substitute for legal advice.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to AlwaysMentioned (ABN 99 943 891 164), an Australian sole trader business ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or any of our services, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use them. Contact us at hello@alwaysmentioned.com.au.

2. What we provide

AlwaysMentioned helps businesses understand and improve how they show up when people ask AI assistants (like ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, and Perplexity) for recommendations. We provide the following services:

• Free AI-visibility audit — you submit your business details through a form on this website, and we run AI searches relevant to your market and email you the results.
• See & Track (AUD $97/month) — a monthly AI-visibility scan of your market, delivered as a one-page report showing your score, the trend over time, and competitor changes, plus 1–3 recommended actions. You make the fixes yourself.
• We Handle It (AUD $499 one-off setup, then $97/month monitoring) — everything in See & Track, plus we write copy for you (directory listings, web pages, FAQs, press pitches), fill in directory forms on your behalf, and send and chase press pitches. See clause 5 below for the exact scope of this service.
• WordPress plugin monitoring (US$29/month) — a separate product line: a free WordPress plugin that generates an llms.txt file on your own site, with an optional paid subscription that re-runs an AI-visibility snapshot on a schedule and tracks the trend. See clause 6 below.

3. No guarantee of results

ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Perplexity, and similar AI assistants are third-party systems that we don't control, own, or operate. We optimise the information those systems read about your business, but we do not and cannot guarantee that any AI assistant will recommend, cite, rank, or mention your business, that any particular score will be achieved, or any particular business outcome (such as more enquiries or bookings). AI systems are probabilistic and change constantly; results depend on factors outside our control.

Our reports describe the specific searches we ran and the specific dates we ran them. They are a snapshot of what we found at that time, not a promise of future results.

4. Your responsibilities

You're responsible for giving us accurate and up-to-date information about your business. Where we supply copy, structured data, or other content for you (or your web person) to apply to your website, applying it is your responsibility — your results depend partly on that work being done. You must own, or be authorised to manage, any business or website you submit to us.

5. What "We Handle It" does and doesn't include

The We Handle It subscription is a done-for-you visibility service, not a web development or web design service. Specifically:

• We never access, log into, or edit your website. We have no code access and make no changes to your site directly.
• Any change we recommend for your website is supplied to you as ready-to-paste copy or structured data, for you or your web person to apply.
• The service is delivered by email. We don't provide phone support and don't run calls or meetings as part of the standard service.
• We do write and place your content elsewhere on your behalf — directory listings, business profiles, FAQs, and press pitches — and we fill in directory forms and chase pitches for you.
